The main reason you see so much difference in the CGI of two characters is because the Hulk you see was Shaded and Sculpted while making Endgame and Endgame had high budget for hulk and they used same model of him in She Hulk, but there was no She hulk in Endgame, so they sculpted new 3D model, and because of she hulk budget is lower to endgame, they couldn't match the quality of Endgame.

Simple explanation for why she Hulk CGI looks poor and professor Hulk looks good would be because For Hulk the production house has 10 years and millions of dollars worth of CACHE files, so all they had to do is reuse those 3D renders. On the other hand for She Hulk they probably had to build everything from scratch with limited time and budget.

I feel this is the best time marvel could get to unleash the real beast inside hulk...like in the last ep they could show she hulk in the verge of death and hulk too supressed by the villian and as we know hulk becomes more powerful when he gets angry... So if at that moment he could somehow get to be the real hulk... I mean the real one... The beast,It would be fun and after that they could announce a movie /series dedicated too hulk...and get the best out if hulk.. Hope it happens

I feel like in World war Hulk there will be two parts in first we have normal Hulk who fights on sakaar sended maybe on a mission by the other heros but when he's going back to the ship with his new wife the ship explodes killing his wife and causing huge damage to sakar revealing the heroes true plan was to eliminate him as if the old Hulk ever comes out he can be a problem but as he survives seeing his wife dead planet ruined betrayed the old Hulk awakens and with sakras people,s help gets back to earth and part 1 ends

I don't think we'll get to see our "The Incredible Hulk" in future, marvel has showed whatever they can in the Avengers and age of Ultron, probably because now Bruce banner is one of the senior most Avengers and has responsibility, so that would make him irresponsible. Also he has got control over hulk now so showing him again being out of control would be difficult and mark Ruffalo is also about to leave MCU in next few years.
