There are a lot of engagements where you leave your ult circle and chase the enemy, but if you were to manually destroy the circle by pressing ult again you'd gain the benefits for a few more seconds away from the circle as you start moving.

Destroying the circle only benefits your teammates with 20% mov speed and 20% critical rate.

You can also see that when you broke the seal at 10:15 there's a temporary buff countdown icon right above your recall button. Also you gained another "vertical line" VFX from the skin effects indicating that you're buffed with Ult.
