He isn't a man but a immature, manchild, that plays games and can't even communicate in a mature decent way. He should not be in a relationship with anyone in such cases. Hot and cold behavior, running it's all big red flags. And if a man truly likes you, or had real feelings for you, he would never take the risk of losing you by going silent. He doesn't love or even like you when he did this. You need to be honest to at least yourself and stop hoping om sudden change or date a potential that you see in him. If someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time. It will save you a lot of confusion pain and time, especially a male that has the age that you can expect maturity.
