So now you know, after all the teasing pictures, this is it! I bought a 2004 CBR600RR and I could not be happier! The Hornet will still be the main bike on the channel! But the CBR will be the main bike whenever I go to Portugal! Hope you guys like the new machine.

Nice, so this is for when you are in Portugal and you are keeping the Hornet? It looks great for a 04' bike, can't wait to start the search for my first big bike, not too long now 3-4 months.

Hornet is still in the UK, the Hornet will not be going anywhere unless it gets stolen. Ill keep both bikes. Can't wait for you to start searching your first big bike either! Start sometime in advance to get a good deal, check how the market works first, it will be easier to negotiate :D

MrTemjin I already started looking around to see what bikes are going for the different price's around the budget I will like have. I really am liking the GSR600 but I could fit the same price get a newer XJ6 Diversion F but there are many others I will look at too, a Hornet would be great but good examples like yours seem rare right now.

Its a really nice bike but I would choose the hornet because of the riding position. I dont know how you will feel yourself after an hour city riding but I hope she will serve well 😉 Stay safe!

CB650F, they have good prices super reliable and excellent design! I saw one yesterday from 2016 with tail tidy, and akra exhaust for I think 4.5k lol, amazing price. (super bike factory)

Nah I want a bike that doesn't need A2 restriction and is under 3.5K so more like a CBF500F but they don't really interest me. I guess it would do until I can do my full license

I don't consider myself to have a bike garage eheh I have 2 and the most recent one (the one on this video) is a 2004 bike not even a brand new bike and it was bought 5 years after my first bike so you see I had to save. My job pays the same as the majority of other jobs around here in London. Sometimes its not about how much money you make, but what use you give to that money. I put it into bikes, other people into cars, others into drinks, others drugs.. Its about your priorities.

Dont know if it is the same everywhere in the UK at the moment but around the leeds area the prices are going crazy. even 30,000+ miles are commanding a price that a 15,000 mile bike use to ask. also where i live its hard to have anything as the little twat bags cant leave anything be. I could probably do with doing a financial brake down, and then try be patient. I just want to get back on the streets ASAP haha. Take care and much love.

Check out super bike factory, they normally have quite decent prices on bikes. A 600rr will be between 3 to 4k through them. Well my Hornet is still in London, so I know what its like regarding theft... Have a good one, and let me know when you get a bike!

I will have a deek at them now thank you. im thinking of getting a dirt cheap 125cc as i can insure it for pence been now the wrong side of 20 and the fact i have been calling around insurers today and due to my location will not insure a larger bike due to risk as i do not have a garage. It will be interesting seeing if or how long it lasts! And i defo will do and will be sticking vids up of the machine weather it be a man or mouse XD Take care and keep up the good work. PEACE!

A CBR600RR sempre foi a segunda mota que imaginei ter, sempre quis ter uma superdesportiva mas não sinto que fosse necessária uma 1000 senão a 1000rr teria sido a escolha. Adoro a 600rr pelo ''poder'' que tem num motor 600, são rápidas, fiáveis e o design é intemporal, nada a ver com as R6 ou GSXR do mesmo ano...

Onde é que mandas fazer custom baffles?

Tenho um primo que trabalha com tubagens de aço e afins, e normalmente é ele que me faz o que preciso (foi ele que me fez a curva da hornet) Mas qualquer casa que trabalhe com tubo de aço inoxidavel te deve fazer isso um baffle é nada mais que um tubo lá dentro, é uma questão de fazer testes com diametro e comprimento do tubo. No caso da Hornet o silenciador é comprido mas relativamente aberto. Na CBR é curto mas tem 1cm de diametro o que abafa a mota toda.. Em Portugal a unica empresa que conheço é a Escapes Escorpião.
