You see this is where the degradation begins when people say "just because you are an elder doesn't mean i need to respect you." I am 48 and am Mexican-American and was raised to always RESPECT your elders. Over the years, I have kept true to my teachings and always respect my elders but only certain elders get my UPMOST respect and that is the difference.
