Jonathan probably prefers more of a natural look hence feels red lipstick is a bit too much even if that means you look beautiful. My brothers and husband always make a funny face when I wear more make up then I normally do. They prefer natural or no make up too!

The red lip is stunning on you Anna!!! I mean, as beautiful as it is I can understand Jonathan’s side too- we all have our preferences. My husband has a multi colored pastel plaid shirt that he looks great in and gets compliments on quite often on but I absolutely can’t stand it. I feel like we have associations with certain things like certain smells remind us of childhood or the taste of watermelon reminds some of summer etc... The plaid shirt reminds me of a guy I worked with that was an absolute ass. I had multiple run ins with this guy and he was anything but respectful. He wore these same type pastel colored button up shirts like that of my husbands and I just can’t help but not like it.
