Alright, so Doll was trying to kill V for killing her parents, and yes, Doll couldn't use the solver on Uzi bc she also has it, if you look closely before Uzi climbs over the counter you can see her taste the oil, that is because Doll was eating them because she like all the murder drones have the solver, and as you know the murder drones need to eat/drink the oil to avoid overheating and dying, so Doll and Uzi also need the oil to survive, also, those "2 new drones" aren't new, Tessa is a human while the other is J, the one Uzi killed in episode 1, and the part about Uzi needing oil to survive, well, get ready for the chaos for the next episode
