Something easy to miss but very important about Robin is that she's themed after the poem, "If I Can Stop One Heart From Breaking" by Emily Dickinson. The point of the poem is someone saying that as long as they've helped *someone* at some point in their life, then they consider it a good life. Her name comes from a line in the poem, her most popular song is named after it and her entire character is centered around wanting to help other people as much as she can.

Robin is a very strong character, she boost damage by 50% and if u pop her ult then she does even more insane damage and then there's the speed increase she gives, she's the reason Bronya has officially been power crept. I hope your surgery goes well and have a good recovery!

I did pull her last night, which probably means I have no chance at Firefly this go-round. She's not especially suited for any of my preferred playstyles, but she can certainly keep herself alive at low levels better than any Harmony character I've tried yet. Don't want to spoil anything, but one thing of note if you're going to be playing through from the start and haven't played since the betas: aside from the "bad endings" there is now one minor questline which you can lock yourself out of along the main story path: it got deprecated due to complaints about the main story stalling right then. (I'm with the dissenting opnion there: aside from it making perfect sense in retrospect why no actor is quite ready to do anything at that point so the plot is stalling, the apparently unrelated mission gives you a lot of context to what's been going on.) Should you want to do it, then there will be a point on the Luofu where a man introducing himself as from the Realm-Keeping Commission would like you to find and talk to him should you have the time to help him out with something: it's best to find his nearby office and help him out before completing the apparently urgent task you're in the middle of.

Really the issue with that quest in 1.0 was just where it was placed in the story. It really broke up what was happening and in my opinion didn’t flow very well.

The thing is, realism sucks. We are playing a sci-fi andventure fantasy for a reason. Even if a pause makes sense, it doesn't make for good storytelling unless you actually do something with that pause.

Personally, I didn't find where the main story was going right then especially interesting, and found a side quest that ended up giving me somebody else's perspective on everything going on more welcome. I'm not sure who else might feel the same way, this is now very easily missable content, and so I'd like to make sure people can find it.

Is it me, or is this the 2nd VTuber I know that loves Robin? I mean, I love the girl... But, I'm more of a Topaz enjoyer. BTW, Alicia... if you see this... If you want an anime reccomendation, I'd recommend Symphogear. If you like good music, some dark themes, and pure unadulterated action, this is for you. Don't worry Alicia, Robin _does_ eventually get a hug. Fun fact, btw: Robin apparently has the colours of the lesbian flag, in the same shades and order, as makeup. Considering none of those colours match her outfit, it definitely has some amount of meaning. This is just some personal speculation, but maybe her desire to live outside of a cage is an allegory.

There's actually two different lesbian flags, and she has both. The makeup dots on her face are based on the standard flag (also known as Sun Lesbian) and her outfit itself (as well as most of the lighting in her trailer, most notably the rainbow before she dances with a couple of women) is based on the Moon Lesbian flag. The Moon Lesbian is used to refer to lesbians that are still in the closet or are more feminine/not butch

@@cry-o1436 Why are you getting so worked up over a perfectly innocent and non-toxic idea? Robin sings about feeling trapped by the expectations of others and wanting to be free to express herself, and she has the colours of the lesbian flag on her cheek despite it not matching the rest of her outfit. It's a detail that's small enough to have been a conscious and _purposeful_ decision by Hoyoverse, and it's highly unlikely for someone to pick those three colours in those exact same shades and order on accident.
