You very correct. Uganda needs a new government. They are spending Sh 35000000($9200) per month to pay each of the 527 MPs. That comes out $58 million per year. The number of MPs is almost the same number of members of congress that the US has. But the US is 42 times larger than Uganda and has over 330 million people. Therefore it makes sense for the US to have 535 members of congress. 20 MPs are enough for Uganda and each should earn not more than $2000 a month. Then they can improve the infrastructure, education, spend more on advertising for tourism, they can develop the mining sector and agricultural sector and many other industries. That's why we a president that understands that he works for the citizens not for himself and his family.

The decision to go back to their land was brave, atleast they didnt give up their land like Europeans did when they invaded America and Canada. I myself have been living in Germany for 25 years and I'm going back to Africa soon maybe in Uganda or somewhere else to finally enjoy the continent. By the way I'm a native of West Africa but I feel everywhere at home in Africa.
