im gonna use the hashira meeting as the current timeline im pretty sure kanae died when shinjuro was still hashira and shinobu at 14 years old (4 years b4 the meeting) cuz kyojuro had been hashira for 3 years so then shinjuro wouldnt be hashira anymore, and obanai turned into a hashira when muichiro was still in training and mitsuri has only been a hashira for a year, this would technically also mean there had been 8 hashira b4 her promotion to hashira

Wait kyojuro became a pillar a few months after kanae's death with shinobu already a pillar. Plus iguro and mitsuri became pillars like about 2 years after kanae's death. Kanae died very late 1911 and iguro and mitsuri became pillar like half way through 1913
