Im very angry at this ml. He is not abusive but his mind is like child. His biggest flaw is communication skill, if he little bit good with it situation would have been different. The og duchess will go into the modern world and be an author and the fl lead will stay till the twins are adults (BTW the twins are actually her siblings that died in mordern time) then a wizard will give her the option to return then fl chooses to stay for some time as she had things to do. She ask for divorce which shock the ml but then complies then she returns to her world and the ml regrets not cherishing the fl. I love how everyone is bashing the male lead (understandably, his attitude is horrendous), but completely ignore that the female lead sexually assaulted him. Alright y’all like this I got a TLDR IRL rollercoaster heartbreak true story for ya. My Uncle met this girl in HS he really liked but she kind of treated him like a plaything while he was trying to win her affection. She even went out on a single date with another man and we thought it was to make my uncle jealous cause then somehow my uncle finally won her over and they started dating. So the Vietnam war draft kicks in and he and my uncle both went to war and my uncle is writing her letters constantly saying how much he loves her and he will come home to her and she occasionally writes him back but they’re these very nonchalant boring replies like she doesn’t even care which is wild cause this man is in direct combat he becomes the youngest red beret in history cause he lied about his age, which subsequentially gets found out and they decide to demote the man instead of completely court marshal and remove him because this man paratrooped with his platoon into the front lines and helped our forces but in doing so they all died in action except my uncle who found himself at the end of the battle alone around a pile of smoking bodies. He hears the vietkong troops coming in and crawls deep under a pile of his dead comrades and he hears the vietkong stabbing and shooting the bodies to make sure they’re all dead and in doing so some of the bullets end up hitting my uncle so he’s sitting there bleeding out under bodies. Passing in and out days later our troops somehow find him under the bodies and evac him. After a lot of Medical care and rehabilitation and an awards ceremony he gets shipped home shell-shocked. He proposes to his sweetheart and she gleefully accepts, they have 3 kids and he builds a goddamn comfy empire so this lady can sit at home quite comfortably drinking wine and turning into a Karen. Now it’s 2010 and my uncle finds out his wife’s been going to secret meetings for emotional support for losing people in the war. My uncle hires people to pack and move all their things cause they sold the family home to move down south into their summer home and in doing so he casually packs a few things himself and comes across this box and finds all these letters his wife write that guy she went on the one date with. They were filled with deep love sentiments and heavy sorrow, nothing like the few he received from her. There were so many and they all had return to sender on them. Turns out the man she pined after got killed very shortly after getting to Vietnam and never received any of the letters and she only found out about it shortly before my uncle came back and proposed. So she basically comes out and tells a mutual acquaintance that she never really truly loved my uncle and she was young and didn’t know what to do so she accepted his proposal but never got over the loss of the love of her life (guy she went on 1 date with😂) and she actually put a memorial together for this guy 45yrs later when there’s really nobody to care about it and she used my uncles money of course. So my Uncle tells me all this and I’m like……wtf man you’re successful present this all in court and divorce her and she won’t get as much as you think. But he just tells me: “how do you go this long thinking you crawled out of hell for the love of your life, then build an empire and a family only to find all this out……she was my reason for living, thinking of her kept me alive in hell.”😳💔 I’m sitting there like damn and it was all lies…….she lived a lie just to live comfortably. How cold, serpent like. And they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and nobody in the family knows this except me & my mother.

Nonononono!!!!! He didn’t know how. He then brought children of his Old crush because he tought she would be Happy to see children, but it just hurt her more. And the scene where he was burning the purple flowers was actualy him giving up on his crush. His crush had purple eyes as well. He will replant another type of purple flowers around the estate.
