She manipulates her lover into killing her husband

May 28, 2009, two fishermen discover the body of Serge Martz, 44, floating in a pond in Woippy, a town near Metz. Cindy Senocq, his partner, incited her lover, Jérémie Zimmer, to kill Serge Martz. She was sentenced to 30 years in prison for complicity in murder, while Zimmer was sentenced to 25 years. Cindy's brother, Mickaël Senocq, was punished with 5 years in prison, 3 of which were suspended, for not reporting the crime. This tragedy attracted media attention because of Cindy's manipulation of those around her.
