Hey Guys! I'm really happy to bring something different to the channel. I've been following some clay artists for so long that I really wanted to try my own figures. I'm really glad I can share my first steps with you all. I picture her as a Sailor of the Heaven's Moon guiding lost spirits to the stars of heavens welcoming with open arms, doesn't she look Beautiful? She turned out amazing! I've never really used airdry clay but after this I might give it another try. I've made many chibi and dollhouse dolls i Fimo or Sculpey so I can do some basic sculpting, but airdry clay is quite a different medium.

Thank you! Yeah this clay feels more like moldable foam, totally different to any clay I’ve used in the past. You should try!

Did you have any method to get the different colored parts to stick together, besides water?? Even with polymer clay, i've always had major issues getting parts to stick together.. Also, did you have any issues with the weight of her head compared to her body? I'd imagine she'd need a stand to keep her upright, but i know that sometimes stands alone don't balance a figure out.

Considering how expensive Nendoroids can be, this might be a better alternative for making custom ones. I'd probably almost kill myself trying to make the parts customisable like real nendoroids too.

It’s so much cheap! This clay is amazing and actually really cheap. But make all the separate parts like an authentic Nendoroid, good luck ! Haha 😄 thanks for commenting 💛

Fun fact Goodsmile did a customizable nendoroid doll line. They have blank faces and blank articulated bodies are a bit cheaper than a normal nendoroids. The only bad thing is that the body and heads were sold seperately a month apart. So you sadly couldn't combine the shipping. The shipping was annoying. Goodsmile is doing a re-release soon.
