All 3 survivors were on death hook except me, borrowed time and DS saved me and someone else, however the other two died. He was insidious camping in the corner in the dark of the basement I was cracking up laughing, such a classic bubba move 😂

I’m all for fun builds, but boil over’s change (pre-nerf) was not fun at all. You forced the killer to basically not be able to hook you at all, and just sat at one spot all game. What exactly is fun about that?

@@diegomonti4344 The extra wiggle progression was added as an after-thought to make the perk more attractive to people, alongside the buff to the way it used to work. Now it's a flat 16 meters of hook aura hiding rather than 10/12/14, and it's 50/75/100% intense struggle sway vs 25/50/75%. If they had done those changes without adding anything else, everyone would have thought "oh yeah.. that'll make the perk less shit, but I still won't use it" and that would have been a pointless buff.

@@stone5against1 it has literally become a pointless perk again. How many boil over do you see after the nerf? 1 every few games? Sure. Give it less than a month, and you'll see them once every few tens of games. People will just return to use the classic DH, Iron Will, Unbreakable, DS, etc.

Bro. I resonated so hard. I ran a smash tourney for a charity drive and running it (not the planning, the planning was pretty okay) was maddening. We had a great turn out, and I delegated responsibility fairly well I believe; someone to run the challonge bracket, an announcer, a match queue person, and someone to manage the set-ups. But i still went from fight to fight attending each of the competitors and guests who wanted to view. Just making sure everyone was having a good time was Herculean. Mad respect to tourney organizers of any stripe, and hospitality workers cuz it's the same EXACT shit.

8:30 It looks to me that if you hit a survivor who isn’t within 4 meters of another survivor with one of your abilities they become statically charged, when charged any other survivor that gets within 4 meters of that charged survivor gets shocked as if hit by your Shock Therapy ability, increasing their madness and ending the charge on the initial survivor. Basically it punishes survivors for grouping up by increasing their madness if they’re charged by turning the hit survivor into another AOE. I’ll take my degree now lol

I played a game on auto haven as spirit when the drop mechanic was broken. This one survivor threw the whole game by staying in the one house, entering and exiting a locker trying to get me to pick them up and drop from up hi. I would run up, slug them, and leave. Their teammates would keep healing them, and they would keep locker spamming to get my attention. It wound up being a close game because 1. I’m not a god gamer and 2. This knucklehead literally did nothing else the whole game. They could easily have smoked me if that one person didn’t troll all game, or if their teammates didn’t take the time to heal them.

I actually love how you explained doc as actually being hard once you get into him. Because yeah, despite his base kit being quite powerful it is legitimately hard to figure out what works best with him. His tapes change the play style so much, I used to love sniping people when both tapes used to be the same thing. The circle tape is legit a gimmick, I'm sure if you played with it enough you would notice times where it helped you but losing out on your range isn't worth it. Iridescent king honestly is just a have fun addon. Because of how random it is it can leave you high and dry when you otherwise would like to rely on the addon's which give the individual effects. For instance the red stain, that is by far the most useful thing to roll on the king due to it disorienting survivors and making them stick out like a sore thumb. You are better off just running the addon's that specifically apply that effect, then hoping you roll that madness effect. Iridescent queen is just good. It gives you preemptive knowledge of unhooks, shows whenever they group up, and fast tracks getting everyone tier 3. Also running any calm add-on with distressing is juicy. Honestly I swear I spend more time theorycrafting and testing builds than I do trying to rank up. Cuz at the high ranks you can't run fun builds without getting decimated.
