Hinduism the oldest existing religion on the planet has preached everything that has been talked about on here. Science/spirituality/quantum physics/neuroscience, meditation through yogic practice. Modern day science is realizing this. I like this video, but nothing is mentioned here about yogic teachings. Modern day Kabbalah is taking a lot of its teachings from Hinduism .
