some tips: when you cut it from the plant, notice a yellow goo dripping out, it's toxic. Leave the leaf dripping it down for a few hours before peeling it to avoid poisoning. When you peel it, make sure you cut away the dried part too, it's full of yellow toxic goo, then peel ALL the green part, don't leave any, it may cause some skin irritation, the only good to use part is the white gel

I’ve done this for a few years now, but I use just aloe Vera and freeze it. An easier way of getting the aloe off the leaf is to scoop it in a downward motion with a spoon into a bowl. It lowers the risk of cutting oneself. Also, after the aloe is blended use a sieve or cheesecloth to filter the particles out, otherwise you’ll have white flakes on your face. Lastly, the interior of the leaf can be used as well to rub on the face before as well.

Such a beautiful video,but what's the problem with coconut milk? Just buy a coconut,grind it and extract the milk. You can store it in the freezer in cube form and use one cube at a time.

Another tip: place in styrofoam cup. Freeze and then peel away the cup from frozen aloe Vera gel as it melts. Perfect handle for holding and nice wide and smooth surface to glide across face. Also a good idea if you have to ice sports injuries.
