Honestly (and from a place of love), I would encourage her to revamp her style. The cheetah print gives "Stella" trying to get her groove back (NO SHADE). She should consider losing the blonde braids, ripped jeans, nose jewelry, and long green tipped nails (NO SHADE). Instead wear lighter, brighter colors in her clothing and makeup. There is a scientific/biological component to men being attracted to brighter colors and simplicity. In essence, if your aim is to attract "relationship type" guys of your age, you have to present yourself in a way that appeals to "relationship type" guys of your age.
