I use base form for Fire Knight (Reg and Hard) Spider form is insanely overpowered. With an un-booked Mikage in spider form, Ninja (booked), and Armanz (booked), i can LITERALLY keep doom tower hard waves stunned 90-100% of the time. The turn meter drain and sleep on A1 let's you target that one guy who didn't get stunned or popped out early. The A2 is the bread and butter stun, insanely low cooldown and its just great. Her A3 is great for setting up your nuker by stripping shields and applying weaken, it also is a "backup coin flip" to remove stoneskin in arena. If Mikage doesn't strip it, then I know i can have Armanz sheep. All in all, if you combine spider form Mikage with another control champ or nukers with a decent control ability (Ninja), you can have insane amounts of wave control and can make the later DT and Cursed City stages a breeze.

My mikage is 9 piece protection set..finally got last piece on last hydra clash. I waited about 4 months of that ring

The moment I get a second Gnut, I'll try out this team, ha! For now, I use Mikage, Gnut, and Padraig, but the other two are Pythion to ensure I can stay alive and Criodan to help with the turn meter.

i build mikage for arena but works everywhere, 415 speed 600 accuracy in 6 piece pinpoint and 3 pieces protection. Top tier mythical , ofter underestimated bcs we can get it for "free".

Mikage my best and only mythical..lol..I didn't know how to build her when I got her and I just crafted a tonne of guardian gear so I thought why not.. lol not an ideal build but she ended up with 315 speed 500 accuracy 80k hp and 4400 defense....too lazy to change this build...it works in a lot of places...when booked she doesn't need much accuracy...mine at 500 accuracy is overkill..fully booked she reduces res by 40%...at 500 accuracy mine will debuff a not so well built mythralla.
