I mean sienna can't really chat she had an affair with warren and gets mad when brody kisses someone and then does the despicable act of lying to her sister about having visions and worsening her mental health just because she didn't want to ruin her "precious relationship" that she cares so much about. I don't even like sienna but I would never expect her to sabotage someone's mental health for her own benefit especially with her history of it.
