This was genuinely AWESOME! The only issue I have is that it was really dark overall to the point it felt kind of muddy. It looks good at night but when looking at it in the day it’s too dark to see a lot of the detail. But as someone who also wanted to make a zombie movie this was great!!!! Literally the colors, lighting, and everything was phenomenal. Just the exposure overall isn’t good for daytime viewing. It may have been the monitor you graded on because I’ve had the issue that it looks great on the monitor I graded with but too dark on some others like oled phones.

Just from the transition from the flashback into the "realtime" timeline, I knew we were in safe hands. Cinema!

I'd say the thing bothering me most is lighting and perhaps the slouchy editing pace, especially during the action sequences it feels off - yet I can imagine it's a hard thing to get right. Other than that I don't have much negative to say: decent camera work and acting, nice setting, really good zombie make-up and I also like the timeline intercutting. Good job!
