I have all wood floors and I LOVE it! I also love rugs and use them instead of having carpet, I don’t like carpet, it’s to hard to keep clean with young kids.. its easier to switch out rugs. I usually switch out the rugs about once a year.

I moved a little over two years and while living in my old house for 10 or so years we had carpet everywhere except the kitchen and bathrooms. around three or four years before moving out we replaced the whole house with synthetic wood flooring which turned out rlly nice, and i loved it even though the new owners replaced it back with carpet again (iv'e never been able to understand that). My current house now we have hard woods, carpets, rugs etc. everywhere w the exception of my 4x4 closet haha, but I love the idea of all hardwood especially having young kids it would save money w stains while it also looks nice.

I have bad allergies an carpeting is a bad allergy attack in the makin... So hardwood an tile floors an throw rugs or area rugs... U can always bring them outside an clean them an put them back....

Davey you're a great guy, so I know you was not trying to belittle ALL the VERY HARD WORK April does for your family when you was teasing her about how long it took for those quilts. I know you wasn't trying to imply she could have traded her 2 bathroom breaks she may get in a day to do that instead. Your a man so its understandable you might not be sensitive to things women are like knowing when to hug her and letting her know you value her or not taking a rare occasion for you guys to relax as a couple and turn it into a frikin competition. no carpet is the best way to go through out the house with the kids less money being spent using area rugs where needed

All the kids can read so they can cook. Try grilled sandwiches hoagie / sub rolls lots of meat and cheese bake in the oven. Grilled onions. The best!
