When Phill was forced out, he had to take a long holiday to Portugal, she was so stressed, , she played the victim. Over the death threat, she had to take time off , she played the victim, she played the victim card on e to often, I believe she quit because ITV were about to give her the push . A star in my humble opinion, is someone who has a talent, they can either sing, act, dance, or make people laugh on stage, and they sell out stadiums and concert halls worldwide. A star is not someone who sits on a sofa waiting for an ACTUAL star to arrive so they can interview them and act interested. Holly is just a presenter with zero star quality. It's really as simple as that. Fame is all encompassing, but fame does not make a star.

Holly Willoughby is a well-known figure - but a star is another level. I know who Holly is, of course, but have never watched her present anything. I expect the threats of last week were the final straw and her decision to quit the programme was an easy decision for her because she can now take a breath, concentrate on her family, and not been concerned about tumbling viewing figures. The threat was vile & frightening & I think she's done the right thing.
