$5k for this house is a terrible price. I pay about $6k through USAA for property worth a little over $2M. Definitely have the highest deductible USAA allows, but they should be able to lower their cost significantly.

Thats not a good deal.... I live in boston 1 M value house My insurance is $1700/ month full coverage normal insurance policy including a 1M protection against lawsuits. Bought at liberty mutual... 10k deductible.... NO Way am i paying 5k
