I agree with some this. But not fully. There is no LEADER of any kind in Little Mix but they do each a specialty that they are known for and the other girls recognize as great added qualities to the group. Jesy and Jade are both the "dancers" of the group because they both wanted to be dancers more so than singers. Leigh-Anne raps really good. Jesy beat boxes really good. Perrie is the soulful Belter of the group, she can get in the same pocket or close to that of Beyonce, Celine Dion, Katy Perry (Strong, powerful voices), Jade can sing any way she wants really, she gets low, high, soft, sexy, jazzy, motown, raspy, etc... Leigh-Anne gets high, soft, raspy like Jade which is why sometimes even us MIXERS get them two mixed up on some records especially on Glory Days. Jesy gives us the sexy soulful voice. They all can sing equally good and could be solo artist if they wanted to and have flourishing careers. All in all, They are AWESOME and the best girl group to do it in my opinion. They got it all. There is no one person that is weak or lacking in something. They all can dance good and in sync with each other.

i agree that there is NO lead singer. a lead singer means that one person sings MORE than the rest of the group which ALL of them share equally. someone did a video of LM singing their parts n they added it up to all singing exactly the same amount of words..

Omg you ain't seen nothing yet. But vocally Jade is a perfectionists so she's very strict about their harmonies being perfect. This is just 2 percent of what this girls are. You have to watch them perform live with full on dance. And they also write their own music

They won the UK XFactor in 2011, they auditioned as soloists but were put together by Kelly Rowland at the very end of Bootcamp, since then they have had 4 albums, and sold over 23 million records. They are huge in the UK, Europe Asia Australia, they are desperate to crack the US, they have many loyal fans already, but like you most people have no idea who they are! They are touring with Ariana Grande from February for 3 months, and they are at last being promoted on Radio Stations in the US from 24th January. There is no Lead Singer, they do not Auto Tune or Lip Sync. They are just 4 talented young girls who work extremely hard.

they met on x factor UK, they sang solo to enter the program then after they were called to form a group. well they won x factor uk 2011 and they're together since then. they're all amazing singers and dancers. I had the pleasure of meeting Leigh-Ann when I was security /staff supervisor at London Wembley arena. I escorted her to her car. She wasn’t with. Perrie was suggested to be the lead singer when on xfactor but she didnt want to be. Its always said Perries the best buttttttt all their voices blend perfectly with each other. Jesy has such a raspy voice, Jade has a v light voice, Leigh-anne has a lot on control and quite light too, Perrie can do ridiculous high notes and really anything with her voice, plus jesy and leigh-anne rap
