She Said Yes; Makeover Loading?, My Plan of Becoming, Supplements & Habits

Wueh! This one is a rollercoaster of emotions! From ugly crying to joyous jumps after accomplishing some tasks. I had a busy couple of days just trying to get my life back on track. Actually, I want to switch tracks because I have not been liking the one I've been on.
Started by going back to being serious about my routines, thinking about what moving forward looks like and what building my dream life would look like.
I've been having serious thoughts about my patterns and self image and I have realised I have certain beliefs that hold me back from achieving some things that I would love for myself.
So I decided, this here, is the beginning of my becoming.
