I have mentioned this in other videos but one epic you are sleeping on is Gluttony. Since his rework, he is actually very strong and he is simple to build. HP and Crit. He just works after that. Other stats are good too, but you can stack those and you will do lots of aoe damage and he executes(eats units even at 100% health).

glad to see ivy loving shamir as well. his dmge ramps up if he keeps attacking same unit + the slow and immobilize at a1 is nutty good. +auto ult allows him to cc more mobs as well

Vindication! I love Shamir and remember someone poo pooing on him when i mentioned he was an underrated lego in the comments once. Fantastic boss killer and the slow is just a bonus. Him and Salazar are my two go-to legendaries, particularly for boss killing. Really his only downside for DMG is he isn't in the op nightmare faction for dmg haha

(the secret in this game is almost all legendary heroes are usable and most epics) alot of content creators just say stuff sucks 99% cause they never used it and just read the kit. I wouldnt say Shamir is a high priority upgrade for early accounts but he is a very nice one to have when u get to nightmare void level of account to have more specialized units.

The first champ makes me so happy. I have had him for a while and like Ash thought he was awful.

He needs really good attack speed, 400+ with decent damage stats and A1 helps a lot. That said, his specialty is lanes that spawn powerful high defense enemies at a slow rate. So destroyer golems and the like. He is a single target stall mage with the damage to actually take out the unit he stalls. All said a buff would still be good for him, a talent that scales his attack speed would he top tier.

A lot of hero’s in this game can be used for niche purposes. Factions being one of those. The last couple of stages there are so hard and you absolutely need someone to fill those vital roles. Some factions only have 1-2 tanks or 1-2 healers. So if you got one of those don’t hesitate to build those hero’s out!

I enjoy watching both of you. Great job! I am really looking forward to the Kria buff. At one point, I was using Setram to snipe the healer in Gear Raid 1. I am wondering if you could accomplish something similar with the Kria ravens; they can travel, so it'd be cool to see if they are able to slowly eat away her health while preventing healing. I like Nissandei a lot, too. I use her on Guild Boss, because the ATK SPD is actually more useful than the larger heals that some of the "better" healers provide. Full disclaimer, I haven't tried to do the rage manipulation that a lot of teams do. I'm at 43k bloods per key with Nightmare and Piercer heroes, and I've seen rage manipulation teams do more than twice that.

Don't skip on Valeriya, Ash. She decimates the Boss in AMR easily. I maxed her skills out to be effective. She's also good in the Arena for Single Target.

I'm gonna go the other way about Nocturne: I have him well geared, fully skilled, and A5. Hex is just better. He's not awful, but you're a big VAR guy, Ash. Value above replacement, and Nocturne just doesn't have it. Plus, he's maybe the most stat hungry DPS character in the game. If a character is going to be super stat hungry AND just be outdone by another character, what's the point?

@@aconsticalemotion More Atk is going to juice those passive procs, the CDmg is juicing his autos. Tough call, but probably more Atk. If you've got him A5, shoot for 18k-20k. If not, 15k-18k should be fine.
