It may come as a surprise to some people but you don't actually need an electric dishwasher to clean dishes. Just a water container filled with water and this thing called dishwashing soap and people can easily wash their dishes. It's called "hand dishwashing"🤷‍♂️ The more ignoramus people will probably say they probably don't wash their dishes at all because they don't understand that risking your customers getting sick and getting a bad reputation for it is not exactly a good business strategy 🙄

Stalls like these are common throughout Asia. It appears that their dishes are washed thoroughly before opening for business. In contrast, in America, there are signs instructing employees to wash their hands, but how often do they actually follow through with it?
