Yes ! Ethan’s voice is annoying to me. I’m not impressed with it, and could not listen to much of him at any one time. Etienne is not only gorgeous, but her voice is wonderful. She could sing most any song, I believe.

When you revisit her very first audition and how she transformed and belt that Savage love like it's her own, she already win it. How Jason reacts in the end, that second to how Boy George response to the girl who belt his Do you really want to hurt me in such a mind blowing run, I'm not surprised Jason kicked her out. She's already a star in the making... Whether or not Jason made the right decision to chose Ethan, doesn't matter. Blesses for her and so she can have a bright future in singing career....

I wouldn't say he made the right decision. Just the safe one. We want outside of the box, which is Etienne. Ethan was all over the place with the song and kept belting the exact same every time it came time to belt, in "Ceilings". Tired of safe singers, give me some flavor. And that's Etienne.

I think her soft style made the other contestant stand out stronger even though she displayed more technique. Sometimes people judge on how much of a presence you bring in the loud/standout type of way. I think both were good but I think Etienne had more technique. I personally don't think her soft style hindered her but I could see how someone would take it that way in the moment of it.

Nah, that's Ethan. She did this song perfectly. He was all over the place. He did great on his audition, I'll give him that. But she smashed this song and savage love. Her runs and her vibrato, was outstanding. Ethan basically sang the same, every time he belted in "Ceilings". Not many runs from him in that last song. Etienne should have taken that. But I get why she didn't. She's way out of everyone's league.
