Most humans if they know they're not 10 and feel shame about saying anything remotely close will say something conservative like 5 or 6 and msot of the time nto devalue themselves so much to consider themselves ugly. Human nature. Brian is not superior to our nature. He is certainly superior than most of the people he hosts but that has nothing to do with anything other than his character.
