I am mote of a tit-for-tat. If you falsely accuse anyone of anything maliciously (in other words, not mistakenly), then you should be charged with their crime. In other words, if a woman falsely accuses a man of SA, they get charged of SA (as a man). However, if a woman was SA'd and the drųgs she was given lead her memory to jumble you into her memory, then it would be fair to say that she could be pardoned.

Only then can we be sure to believe all victims when they know that if they lie about it they will get the sentence as the real crime. In the UK, making a false claim of rap3 or SA can be punished with something as minor as a community order, or on the other extreme up to 10 years in prison. I suppose it depends on the seriousness of the crime, i.e. the impact the lie has had. The more harm done the more serious the punishment. I don’t know how it works in the US though.

When I was in high school my younger brother was falsely accused of r*pe. The police got involved and my dad and brother had to go police station due to the allegation. The girl finally admitted she was lying because she was jealous my brother was interested in a different girl and had done this to three other guys in the past. My brother was bullied and harassed for months. This happened 7 years ago and some people still believe he did it even though the girl admitted it was a lie and the police found no proof. So even making an accusation can ruin someone’s reputation.

I was a sexual offences investigator/prosecutor for 10 yrs. The story I saw time and time again, and why the 'victim's' social media is checked: Man and woman hook up. She goes on social media and rants about how in love she is. Man doesn't respond and she has to track him down. Eventually they communicate and he makes it clear it was a one time thing. HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED. Men are use to rejection: women really struggle with it. The next step is allegation after allegation. Everyone automatically believes the woman.

My father was the victim of a false allegation. He lost me- the state put me in foster care; he went to jail until he posted $25k in bail; and spent 2 years fighting the charges which were eventually dropped because her story kept changing and prosecution "could no longer prosecute the claim in good faith." His life was never the same after- he lost his job; his gf of 7 years left him, many of his friends walked out of his life, he wasn't able to go to my graduation ceremony, or even see me unsupervised until the charges dropped.

Haven't been able to confirm this but there is a video I think brought up by Andrew wilson where a study is shown and it was found that women abuse men almost 1:1 with men abusing them. Just that the men significantly choose to not report it to the police. The steorytype of women having no ill will is really bad. My uncle was falsely accused of r*pe in the early 2000's, and was competing with a colleague for a promotion in Perth, Australia. The colleague had a wife, and those two conspired to have the wife sleep with my uncle and another colleague and then accuse them of r*pe. It resulted in a massive lawsuit, and eventually the conspiracy was discovered in subpoenaed e-documents, otherwise my uncle would be in prison. All over a contested promotion in their finance company. False accusations of SA do happen, for a whole host of reasons, and that's why we must always follow evidence rather than accepting raw testimony.

Police came to investigate and *mercifully* because I was entirely truthful and there was a camera recording the entire incident they didn't even investigate further than a 5 minute interview at my workplace since that's where it "happened". If a man is FALSELY accused of SA... he has NO DEFENSE, He's looked at as a monster if he defends himself. He looks as if he's a coward and guilty if he stays silent. He has to deal with the lies surrounding him for YEARS sometimes. The instant rage that is put against him by society is deafening. It happened to me. I was accused, I lost friends who I had respected and then tried to stab me in the back by trying to get me to confess while lying to my face, trying to get information to ruin me. I had to purge a lot of people out of my life. I lost trust in a lot of people and it made me recoil from doing certain things I loved. I'm better now, but it was a long hard road to go through. When you are falsely accused, you are ON YOUR OWN.. and nobody holds the accuser responsible for the lies they told or the damage the cause.

A football guy at 15 knocks up his female twenty something teacher. They get found out because she's white, husband was white and boy and baby didn't look it. She cried so. Boy went to jail for 7 years. Got out, went back to jail for 5 years for negligent childsupport. Finally gets out and gets a judge to look at vidoe evidence,recording, email and texts that proved she got the boy drunk and rapped him, using recording for repeat intercourse or she would show his friends. Boy was raped, blackmailed, and spent over 50% of his life in jail before anyone would listen.

The craziest part was it was in Florida and the detective was female. She was professional and saved me from getting sexually assaulted.

I was falsely accused twice both as a bouncer at a nightclub on the same night but different women of the same group, it was a monthly “pub crawl” like event where folks can drink outside & walk into different clubs. A group of about 4 drunk females and their drunk male friend were on the dance floor and had to be removed for knocking over a Photo Booth and being drunken slobs. I grabbed my black lesbian assistant manager cause I had to remove women to over see it. This saved my ass cause a week later 2 different women from that group claimed I SAd them in the same night in different places. There’s cameras everywhere and I luckily had gotten that manager to over see everything. They even had lawyers reach out initial contact, this was peak me too movement era so the nightclub sent them all the footage and statements from the night and they withdrew everything and their lawyer apologized TO MY MANAGER. I had to be suspended for 48 hours during this period even though I had a manager there as a witness, so the club could do a 3rd party investigation because it was me too era they didn’t want to be accused of wrong doing themselves. I was cleared of everything within a few hours of footage/statements being sent. I had a young child at the time and these charges could have ruined mine and my kids life and my relationship with my baby mamma and put me in jail at a club with less cameras to document everything Side note: working in that industry had already made me sober too, seeing people act like filthy dumb animals made me hate drinking and both political parties.
