She wasn't 18 at that time. She was almost 18. Even as an adult, if the judge ordered all 4 of them into counseling, she would have to go. Otherwise, she'd be violating a court order if she is listed and didn't go. It doesn't matter that it's a custody case. This judge hates fathers.

I think 90% of all these parents need mental health counseling and I might add the women working for the attorney general is not the brightest bulb! And how are these people supposed to adhere to the law and do what is best for all these poor children when their parents are barely able to speak comprehensively!? Good grief!

Counciling? Give me a break. All that amounts to is the personal opinions of the counselor being foisted on those being counciled. You don't need a formal degree to be a councilor, preachers do it all the time. If you don't believe the same thing the counselor believes you end up being crucified in court. The children in this case are old enough to make this kind of decision by themselves. They know how they feel and if the environment in the mother's house is indeed toxic, I don't blame them for wanting to live in a calmer household. The daughter is lucky to be close to 18, which makes her an adult free to decide on her own. All of the hateful things mother is accusing the father of will come back to bite her.

I knew the first case the judge would rule in the favor of the mother. This judge would allow a mother to have full custody a child even if she murder another of her children. He needs to be kicked off the bench.

It wasn't canceling for the kids it's co-parenting counseling that is counseling for the mother and the father. I was forced into co-parenting counseling by a judge and I said I will not do it unless we go to the counselor and the counselor indicates that it's necessary that I will remain in it when the counselor sits there and says no father son counseling or father only counseling is what is required I will not continue to go to and pay for counseling I do not need The judge agreed 30 minutes into the first 1 hour session the psychologist said just what I thought he would that the issue was dead and that Dad needed individual counseling and father son counseling was needed.

This makes me so mad. I have been a single mom for the last 15 years!!! My kids father dipped out and left us. Than when I tried to get help with diapers and formula, they told me I had to take dad to court. So he ran home to Mexico. Making me and daughter ineligible for that help , other than food unless they can take him to court. He has no social security so there was no way to garnish any checks. I didn't get one red cent. This lady is being purely a gold digger. GROSS!!! Than wants to hold her kid hostage to keep him away from dad. I would love to get even half of what she got monthly and I would give my left arm to have had a daddy be in my daughter's life. She is a selfish piggie

I always have to fast forward when the prosecutor named Linsey comes on. I’m so sorry, but that guy really needs to improve on speaking skills. It sounds like a seven-year-old reading off a primer reader. I’m sure he’s a great guy, but he really needs some counseling how to speak better on cases

@ I don’t think it’s mean, I love Linsey as a person and as a man that has a lot to figure out I’m guessing. I just can’t bring myself to call him a woman when biologically he’s not. Wearing long hair and putting on lipstick does not make you a woman. But I still love him. Just trying to bring attention to the way he questions people in court cases. I think he needs to take some speech classes or something to make him more comfortable with reading questions out loud to people. He got this far and passed the bar, so he has potential. He just needs more practice.
