I just wanna say I'm so proud of you guys and Thomas I'm so proud bc u kept going with the hype house and if u didn't keep going than this hype house wouldn't be here without you. I miss everyone that left but at some point in peoples lives they have to move on to the next chapter in their lives. No because hype house is exactly a foster home for influencers instead of students So i think you should try and not attach yourself to them that much to the point when they leave it hurts you Or maybe try something else where you have them in for a full year and then have a check up at the end of the year to see how much they’ve grown since and if they wanna stay or leave if they do they have to stay for another full year and throughout you keep a track of their progress as they go That way it gives you more a role of a mentor and it will let you know that they are here only temporarily so by the end of it you’re not lost and hurt The concept is great of hype house so i think such improvement can make a difference Hopefully you figure out a way if this idea wasn’t a good one!

What you are doing is great. I just think that members should hold more respect by giving a way further notice of them moving out/leaving. They should be mature enough to call a meeting with you to share their plans instead of only giving you a day's notice. It also would give you more time to scout and look for other people so there's not such a harsh gap. It disrupts the mood and flow of content.
