My friend had an ex who never saw good in his future. She was looking at his salary at that point to make her marital decision eventhough God already told her my friend is her husband. She left this my friend and now the guy is married and things have turned around for him. He also helped his present wife get a job in an international company. However, his ex is unmarried and doing "what God cannot do" prayers and hallelujah challenge. My dear people of God, wisdom is the principal thing. Wisdom will save you from lots of prayer meetings and night challenges.

Quite sad - the truth is, there's still hope, she needs to dust herself up and stay in God - to understand and live in His ways. God is a merciful God, I hope she has learnt the lesson and is making decisions based on the will and the leading of God. It's well with her. God would use this story for His glory- only if she works in line with Him from now on. She can't lose faith now.

I'm not saying it's not good to have these desires, but don't use secondary values to replace primary values. I like that the solution he gave her, was to have a change of heart, not pray for village people to die, or pray all those other self-exonerating prayers that blame all our woes on everything, everyone else, but us. Pastors who do this to their customers cause the following: 1. They get richer from the seed money they collect and from the fees they charge to pray for them. 2. They deny their customers of the truth, meaning they continue in bondage 3. They create suspicion and enmity between that person and the village people they think are their problem. 4. They harden the hearts of their customers against the truth, as they're made to believe a change of life or attitude is not the solution but an outward force. Again thank you.

The sad thing is that she is also poor. What if she actually met a rich man, and the rich man also says she was too poor for him to marry?
