"I'll take you there someday Mal" 7:24 - 7:30 THAT'S what got me. Not the story, not the visuals. Just the tender love you guys have for each other.

Quincy is such a good guy throughout this. So many stories (and real life) have the guy walk out in a pregnancy and/or illness but Quince has said time and time again that he’s with Lynri until the end. It’s nice.

Kan Gao's games always have a way of tugging at one's heart strings. In a good way! I enjoy these stories so much.

The fact that if Lynri hadn't had that... "fight" with Quincy that morning, she would have DIED. This game's heavy :) EDIT: OH GOOD WE'RE GETTING TO THE SAD

It's so gross that that seems to be why they picked Lynri for the job. Like, "It's okay if you die in this experiment because you are dying anyway." What an awful way of thinking about people.

@nerdyrevelries422 yeeep. That's *exactly* why they hired her I think. Horrendous organization.

I didn't connect the dots. So maybe that's why she seems disgusted with her former employers.

Yu and Haynes must have been aware of the risks involved, as Lynri's situation is what made her perfect for the role, but I wonder how much Lynri, and indeed Louie, knew about the danger they would be putting themselves in by demonstrating the machine.

Quincy wanted to go through with the procedures because it was worth trying again than him and their son losing her forever. He already lost both of his parents at a very young age, and he couldn’t bear the thought of his son growing up without a mother. It’s really sad seeing stories of new life crumble because of a choice between two evils, but his steadfastness in the decision was in character. This game is so good!

As a preemie myself (born at 26 weeks), I was rooting for someone to suggest Lynri go ahead with the treatment.

Maaannnn uggghhhh I mean I've already played through this once and I _know_ how it goes, but it's still so, so sad and heartbreaking to watch again. Goddamnit, Kan Gao. 😭😂

The fact that each time you guys play a to the moon game, I go in expecting to be bored or not affected. But each freaking time, I'm in tears waiting for the story to end, so I know what happens. And then the episode ends on a cliffhanger! Edit: Also, the fact that the episode started off with Quincy being gaslit and end on such a sad note 😢

Even with how emotionally heavy this episode is, it's so cute how Stephen and Mal talk about their travel plans. You know if they go to France we'll be able to see it!

The main characters' history is making sense. All that's left is to find out how it relates to the first hour of the game.

"Possibly" on more sadness? Yeah, more than "possibly". Oh boy, buckle up, everyone! I been to Paris during the 2012 Olympics, was alright, pretty touristy...didn't go up Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame was pretty expensive, but the view up top around Sacre Coeur is pretty nice. Also checked out Stonehenge, also alright if you wanna endure a long walk, but of course they have a bus to take you there and back from the visitor centre.

Spoiler for the episode I feel bad that I got the hyoed when Quincy validated my line of thought that indusing birth prematurely to start rhe treatment immediately was the best course of action The lack of a mother would cause much greater damage then a premature birth could
