That is correct. I noticed that too, it is a great quality for a boss to have. I like the language and the way he relays instructions to his personnel, it made me to actually watch to the end, not sure if I watched from the beginning but the moment I heard him speaking, I admired the demeanor in which he relayed the instructions to the professionals, it was a great thing to watch.

I love the boss who is a direct and upright man who knew what he wanted out of his business. Though he is rich and not pride even with its status., While the other guy looks very pride and mean even when he is not the boss , i love Jerry who is gentle , honest and responsible from what we have seen in this video. I also in love with Brenda for all her stand it seems to go the right way because she is very forthright and down to earth with all her stand and decision while her other friends look different.
