7:32 Ninya was pretending to be a guy to avoid making her companions uncomfortable adventuring with a woman, and perhaps other backstory reasons. In the previous episode when Momon/Ainz discovered her body, he saw the wrappings around her chest and discovered she was a woman. I'm assuming Clementine discovered Ninya was a woman while torturing her. One of the many little details Overlord throws in while worldbuilding in the Light Novel, and that become easy to miss in a faster paced anime.

I'm just going to dump some info here, no spoilers. There are a lot of details about the world, the power system and Ainz's abilities that were explained in depth in the light novel but never made it into the anime. None of this info is necessary but it's good to know. Levels Ainz is level 100, so are most of the floor guardians, Ainz is considered stronger than them because he wears a set of full god level items. But strictly speaking they are about the same power level as him. The strongest non Nazarick denizen we've met so far is Gazef who is around level 35-40. The blades of darkness were around level 5-10 each. Niggun was around 30, all of his men were at least 20. Items Item rarity goes like this low-middle-high-top-legacy-relic- legendary-God/Divine Then there are Guild items and World items in their own categories. Everything Ainz wears is god level including all 10 rings (you could usually only equip 2 but there was a pay to win item that let you equip 1 per finger). Most of the guardians have all legendary gear and 1 god item each. Ainz's abilities so far. "High tiered physical and Magical Nullification" Racial Skill Makes him invulnerable to any attack from people under level 60. "Aura of Despair" Racial Skill He emits an Aura that causes 5 different status effects depending on the level it is set to lvl 1 induces fear lvl 2 causes panic (a higher level version of fear) Lvl 3 causes confusion Lvl 4 causes insanity (a permanent version of confusion) Lvl 5 Death, percent chance to cause instant death depending on level difference. This is a passive skill that Ainz constantly suppresses. Actually many high level beings have some kind of aura ability that they have to suppress so they don't destroy everything around them. Undead Creation Class Skill Ainz can summon many kinds of undead just like in the game, but one thing changed in the new world. His summons normally have a limited duration, but if he uses a corpse to anchor it they become permanent. Human corpses can only house undead of level 40 or lower though, because that is the hard level cap for any normal human. He has a huge list of abilities, not to mention he knows 718 spells. These are the most relevant. There also aren't too many revealed at this point in the books. Skipped info Ainz didn't kill the sunlit scripture guys after the cutaway in episode 4 . He sent them to Nazarick for interrogation, Niggun died early during questioning. Once Ainz was done with them he preserved all those that died to later turn them into undead. Everyone that survived was handed over to Demiurge to be used in his "Experiments". There is quite a bit more skipped info, but that's enough. I had an obsession with the books when I was younger, haven't actually reread them in a while but the information is burned into my brain permanently. there a lot of details on this show that are in the background and might get u confuse if u dont pay attention and some are a call back to previous ep and seasons too and a lot of details that anime only watchers will never know unless they read the novel XD

The reason clementine could compete with Ainz here was because he isn't a warrior, at all. Levels are invisible in this world but they still exist. Ainz is a pure spell caster meaning he is effectively a level 0 warrior, he can't use or learn any warrior abilities. The only reason he can even equip weapons and armor is because he made them with magic. That said he still has physical strength on par with a level 30-40 warrior. Clementine was somewhere between 30-35. Regular armored form Ainz is still probably stronger than any human in the world. Even without spells he has a ridiculous amount of health and he still has some of his lvl 100 racial abilities. Like the aura of despair skill he used on Hamsuke.

To be fair, she was very strong for a human, and thus overly confident. There just aren't many humans that can stand up to the denizens of Nazarick.
