Fun fact: the main actress purposely lost weight to make her look very similar to cancer patient. Btw, Ji Won looks cute in glasses. And Ji Hyuk looks handsome in his. Also, the kdrama was made after the novel, while in webtoon there were few changes that made the story more lighthearted
