Apparently not. I think the case here is that each rival has the main portion of their business in another country/city anyways, and by buying them out of New York, you’re essentially allowing them to cut ties with the city and focus elsewhere. In Ingrid’s case, that’s Germany. She said she made most of her money there anyways. I’m not sure about Jessica. Perhaps she’ll tell

26:51 You probably will do this, risk of me commenting halfway through, but a copier machine is a must for a lawyer's office :) Also a fax machine if the game has them! Lawyer (solicitor) firms here are very old fashioned, we still post our documents for instance and recieve couriers on documents. (especially if its a deed of indenture from the 17th/18th/19th centuries!). Yesterday, I recieved a 1703 "trial by indenture" - I had to read it and do a report on it. It's all handwritten (obviously) and with proper quill ink. A beautiful historic piece. But we needed to know how much ground rent it was and whether we could increase it to modern day currency & if the restrictive title covenants could be removed. Took me about two hours to digest everything. Fun! Great vid so far, Frank.
