It’s an Elevation C with options to add the second story spaces. So it looks a bit different than the home on their website. Which part of town are you most drawn to? I can check for lot availability to build.

I’m from Kenosha Wisconsin are there association fees and how much Would they run

Depends on the section. But ranges from 1200-2000 or so a year. Paid once a year annually.

Just wish they did smaller homes with all the bells and whistles. I don’t need five bedrooms.

There are other builders in the metro that fill smaller square footages more efficiently than them so I think it’d be hard to find them much smaller than 50’ wide products. But there’s a bunch of alternatives if you just want luxury and smaller
