They are actually right, Carlie. You can actually activate the caption on the video you’re watching which his actual video itself can be changed to English at the CC settings. Strangely, on a reaction video (such as your own), my captions can only pick up the Indonesian language of Dimas singing. But your own voice remains in English. I think because it “hears” what is being said on a video. But when you set English on the cc of the video you’re reacting to, all of your subscribers will see the English version pop up on Dimas’ video you place on your video.
