Glad you mentioned your Customer Service experience. I have been a FFF member for 6 years and never had issues and suddenly this season had missing shipment info and then a missing main item in my box. I too had a lot of back and forth and they eventually wanted to give me a credit rather than my choice 3 item that was missing. I had to be the one to ask why they couldn’t just ship me the item, as I wanted it - not a credit, and was surprised to find that it WAS available… so why are they pushing this whole store credit stuff? Idk- I love FFF so I hope this is an issue they fix quick.

I wasn't crazy about the category #1 choices so I picked the mystery item. I really hope I don't get the same wireless speaker, I have plenty of them and seeing those negative reviews make me nervous about it. Glad you got the Fall candle!

Thank you!! I love the new ink as well … I go back in a week or two and have my butterflies on my arm touched up. I can’t believe they told me “no” like 4-5 times even after sending screenshots of how you can still purchase that candle surprise subscription and they could not answer me on why it’s supposedly sold out but can still purchase so after asking for a manager I got “I spoke to the proper team and we can replace the item” …. Like you should have started there and not tell me nothing can be done for over 2hrs first!!! But at the end of the day, I finally get a candle so that’s all that matters lol 😂 I hope you have a wonderful weekend and fix your Instagram soon 🤞🏻💙

I can't believe they just threw a glass candle in the box with thin bubble wrap! I've been getting the mystery candle for over a year and it has always come in a nice box. I've gotten some really great candles! Glad they replaced it with the candle from the box. I've heard it is really nice!!

I only chose a mystery item once and got lucky. I received a serum oil that I love and use all the time. By seeing everyone’s mystery items, I won’t ever choose mystery again. Seems you get stuff they can’t sell. 🤣

I saw your video and saw you got the speaker for category 1, is that what everyone gets as the mystery pick for category 1? I really don't want that speaker. I honestly do not know what item goes to what category… I have had one tell me that she picked a mystery choice for cat.4 and received the mustard colored tote bag that I assumed was #6.

I’ve always had the $19:99 mystery subscription and then did the $24:99 mystery add on. But this time it wouldn’t allow it! It said the add on was unavailable because of my subscription. The mystery add on was always better than the subscription so I may cancel the subscription when the winter box comes around.

I have one I got yearssss ago that’s waterproof so I bring it in the shower lol. It is a good little speaker and my favorite color, a mint green 💙💙 after I got mine I saw Walmart put them on clearance, I believe they were normally like $75 and they had them for $10 … I bought a few black and green and all the nieces and nephews got one with their Xmas gifts

if you go back into your box online once it has shipped it will give you the option to reveal the rest of your box and it should show you which category each items is from. You might consider doing that next season right before filming your video so you could tell us which category each thing is actually from.

Mine does not show the item for a mystery choice. When I go back to my app and click on a mystery choice it gives me an error message. I had another tell me this a few seasons ago and she was international so I’m not sure but I just went and looked again and still every mystery says error
