A little over 50 yrs. ago we lived in a place similar to that for 2 years while my husband updated college courses so he could go to medical school. I knew I would be alone during the days and most nights while he worked. I made it a point to get to know everyone around us. Come to find out that all were good people except a couple. I traded out sewing for eggs. I liked it after a while. LOL I sure understand Brandi being scared! Their wedding and baby showers were the best ever!

The music from "O Brother, Where art Thou ? " would have been perfect for this video. I think that I would have been terrified Brandi, I might have needed a change of clothes. 😏 I think that Jesse is such a wonderful person, helping people get their things out of the buildings. I'm sure that they know it's going to be picked up and should have the things out. It looks like some of those things he needed some help with. God bless you Jesse. Thanks for taking us along. Stay happy, healthy, hydrated and safe. May God continue to bless you, your family and your adventures.

That bldg is super cute from the outside. I’m about to sign for one of these rent to own bldg’s myself. They’re only a like $230 - $280 a month and that includes delivery. If you save your $, you can pay them off for the cash value early w/no penalty but if you start missing pmts, then a big truck n trailer comes to take your house away!! This bldg will make number 5 of our bldgs on this 17 acres. Each bldg serves its own purpose. People ask why we didn’t just bulldoze an acre and build a house. Well because that’s a huge cash outlay and who has that kinda $ these days? Its worked out for us.

A good place to be armed. Never know about people living out in the boonies like that. We have strange people that do that here in the outskirts of Mesa Az in the Tonto national forest. I recall while we'd be in Mt. Home Arkansas and Norfork we'd see people her family said were living off the radar. Some of them were moonshiners. Mostly just rough looking people some with grungy looking kids living like you said Hobo's. Glad that worked out well.

I know that Jesse has a job to do but, I can't help feeling sorry for them. They don't have anything to begin with. If it would have been me I would have left the building and paid for it myself. Sometimes it's just the right thing to do. They were older folks and it didn't look like they could work. God leads me to help others when I can. I also know that Jesse feels bad to, but at the end of the day he has that job to do.
