Ha ha, yes we saw them live at Bingley last night and we started singing along with The Nolans! They were great though - Rick is an ace front man and great to hear the brilliant old classics as well as the new tunes.

It's a pretty catchy song but the one problem with it is the lyric of "people will talk". Who cares if people will talk? If you are Rock 'N' Roll then that shouldn't even be an issue! Rebellion my arse!

I don't think he necessarily sings this from his singer/rockstart perspective, it's just a love song of sorts with a rebellious undertone many listeners can associate with
