We love your videos if you find good stuff or not.. a good strategy is if you aren't finding anything within the first half hour, move on to a different beach....I know this is not easy to use this strategy when you are diving in the water, but it's much easier to move when you are hunting dry land....love then videos...keep em coming.

Well thank you! :D You are so right about it being profitable in other ways. And just being outside is a good thing. Fresh air does a body good! Yea, too often I see the same KZbinrs posting videos where they find amazing stuff ALL THE TIME! And that really isn't the case. Of course, they could have hunts mixed in there that they don't show because they don't find anything, but we have no idea. Lol!

For example: Those that travel (e.g. vanlifers) are constantly moving, driving from A to B, and needing to generate new content/ideas. (as you've mentioned) Metal detecting is a fun hobby, and very enjoyable. It is relaxing, and you feel good when you come home. But then, if you can figure out how to sell pull tabs, you will be a very wealthy person. Lol!! xx 😊❤ P.S. Hope this will keep you in 'stitches'... A police officer just knocked on my door, and told me, my dog is chasing people on bikes. That's ridiculous. My dog doesn't even own a bike. Lol! 🤣

One of my fave beach finds was a Greek fishing cap whose adjusting buckle alerted me to where it was buried in a dune by some sawgrass. I've worn it longer than any hat I ever owned

Here where I live in south jersey the place has been hunted out for yrs. Rather hard to find a place near me that isn't. But I still love the outdoors and I now bring my 7 yr old daughter. So now it's a daddy daughter day and who knows maybe we'll get lucky and find some really good stuff someday. Stay safe

The only bad day metal detecting is when your detector fails. I have found some interesting things without finding one coin. Once I found a 6 pack of wine coolers buried in the sand. I found a key to a master lock in a sandbox at a park, I found the lock in a corner of the box. I still have that lock, 35 years later.

Oh yea! I almost had that happen last week. Was getting ready to leave and thought, let me check my batteries that. Only had one battery bar! Changed them out and was good to go! Could have been a bad day. 😬 Wow, that's cool that you still have the lock. And what luck that you found the key too!

Real detectorists know that most of what we find is junk, and don't worry about the scenery - if you are in it, the scenery is just fine! 🙂 Anyway, I was watching the fish, the hermit crabs, and the sand dollar! - - It's minus 4C here in the UK! (that's 24.8F).
