Fish - 300g
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt
For preparation :
Crushed shallots - 100g
Chopped onion - 1 ( small)
Crushed garlic - 1 1/2 tsp
Crushed ginger - 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Chilli flakes - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coconut oil / Oil

ആദ്യം തന്നെ ഒരു big thanku ഞാൻ ഒരു പ്രവാസിയാണ് ഫാമിലി ആയി uae yil fujairah എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് താമസിക്കുന്നത് എന്റെ ഫാമിലിയും വൈഫിന്റെ സിസ്റ്ററിന്റ ഫാമിലിയും ഒരുമിച്ചാണ് താമസം രണ്ടു പേരും നേഴ്സ് ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ സിറ്റുവേഷൻ അറിയാല്ലോ രണ്ടു പേരും duty ആണ് രണ്ടു മക്കൾ ഉണ്ട് അവർക്കു എന്തുണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കും എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് സിസ്റ്ററിന്റെ ചാനൽ കണ്ടത് cooking എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടമാണ് മീൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഇഷ്ട്ടപ്പെട്ടു ഇന്ന് same റെസിപി കൊണ്ട് ചിക്കൻ ഒന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കിനോക്കി ബോൺലെസ്സ് അടിപൊളി ആയി ചിക്കൻ മസാല ചേർത്തു ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം സിസ്റ്ററിന്റെ സെയിം വൈഫിനു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കൊണ്ട് കൊടുത്തു അടിപൊളി ആണെന്ന് വൈഫിന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു റെസിപി എന്താന്ന് അവരു ചോദിച്ചു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്തിട്ടില്ല അത് ഒരു സീക്രെട് ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു thanku thanku
