Formula for success: Out/ In cases at top the ones you use most 2 Junks: 1 for 1 slots, 1 for 2 or more (sell & FiR items to dump fast) 1 Money case top right 2 dog tag under 2 med cases stacked vertical (quick raid meds/ injectors) 2 mag cases vertical (1 NATO, 1 Warsaw, if you don't need) 1 Blue Fridge 1 Grenade case 2 item cases vertical along right side (1 filled with ammo cases, 1 keys) 3rd under for Kappa (repurpose after) Sort everything else to the bottom and you top middle 30-40% stash stays clear. Less time getting in and out raid Have about 7 Thicc to the bottom, half dozen weapon boxes for attachments etc. 3rd wipe and this stays hella organized, I use 2 or 3 extra Junk boxes to hoard filters at start of wipe and 1 for massive flea items to sell; ES Lamps, Bolts, Pile Meds & Wires. Filters Box get converted to hoard Bitcoins. Bulk sell on flea and now sitting on a rep of 151, 160mill cash and 330mil worth stash and I know where 80% of things are with room in and out of raid always.

I’ve given up on stash management. I’ll spend 2 hours organizing everything, and then one day of raids later and it’s all messed up again. On the bright side, it’s kind of like a messy (not dirty) room. I can still tell you exactly where that FLIR that’s buried inside of 2 cases, inside 30 backpacks, inside a rig inside of a pistol case is.

Late comment but: The trick is to keep a big portion of your stash empty for just offloading stuff between raids that you dont want to instantly sort. Then just spend a few minutes at the start or end of some sessions to clean up that space again.
