As an American viewer it is so refreshing to see the beautiful relaxed English style. In the US you would be overly made up (hair & makeup) and in close fitting clothing. Everyone would have had “work” done on their faces. You are so much more lovely. Also interesting that you mentioned young girls searching charity shops for finds. I have done this my entire life. I mix high and low. Men’s wear with feminine pieces. My sister and I are typically the interesting fashionable people in most situations. I am 70 and she is 67. Most people are surprised because we are slender and energetic with a multitude of interests. We now watch Jo Good, although we have been like her for a really long time.I wish there was less age bias, especially in this country.

An oversized blazer stands the test of time and that’s why so many women have one in their wardrobe, oversize styling can be tricky on women that are petite but I think Lisa looks great❤

I think at the end of any season, you're a bit over it. I pretty much gave myself heat rash last week because we had a cold morning & I excitedly got into woollens, only to find it was 26 deg. by lunch time. Looking forward to winter personally, even though the spring fashions do look very tempting.
