Great. Except that all the segments seem to be the same width. Sort of defeats the idea of having a 'pan brake' machine, in a way. Best I've seen on the "tube" though.

That's right . As a journeyman sheet metal worker ,different width dies give you more variations of different size boxes ! Good observation that could easily be incorporated into the design .

That is a beautiful brake. Certainly worthy of commercial quality. I would appreciate if you can provide some CNC files and plans. I would love to try making something similar with my everlast plasma cutter and powertig welder.

On that thin sheet metal , you can go a lot faster on your cutting speed and have less warpage. Nice job on the pan brake !

Curious how you decided on the eccentric bushing measurements. Did was the purpose of the heim joint to allow you to set the cam over location? Also your lifting bar looks like it's tool steel. Is that 4140?

Wow. Fantastic idea the small removable blocks to allow passing thru and the excentric to move up. Io ho progettato e costruito una abbastanza complessa da 80 cm, tagliata a laser, ma questa è superlativa.
