I love these. They are my next project for sure. I also really enjoy the way you engage with and include your daughter when she pops in. I’ve heard other mums be dismissive of their children while they are filming so it’s heartwarming to hear you include your daughter in the way that you do. ❤

Hi Tina! I’m so glad you did edge strips. I’ve been wanting to incorporate them into my journals and your video reminded me to get busy and make some. About videos: I would love to see the videos you used to do about your favorite designs of 2020, etc. I really enjoyed those! I would also love it if you shared where you get some of your supplies, like cabezons, flower trim, lace. I love all of your videos and how much you share day to day life with your viewers. It’s not cold in Texas right now. It’s 8 :00 pm, 87 degrees and very humid. 🥵🥰

I’m currently working on a junk journal for a friend, who want it for her daughters wedding! However the wedding is Harry Potter themed , so she wants a Harry Potter/wedding themed junk journal! I know nothing about Harry Potter let alone mixing it with a wedding theme as well, therefore I’m not enjoying it! I love this sheet music edging and will make some for the journal. I’ve only been junk journaling for about 7months so it’s still a novelty to me !!

Phew! I'm glad you specified the Oz books are from the 50s! The originals - from the early 1900s - are worth thousands, even in disrepair. I too collect the white cover 50s books - usually about $20 or so and I love all of them - but I can't bear to cut them up either :)

Oh, how pretty! I love that you ask your daughter her opinion and include her, that's really sweet and special for her! ❤ I'm currently working on several journals, one of which is really fun, but I'm struggling a bit to find things to use (mainly decorative papers). It is a girly nautical journal, with a lot of off-white and blue/gray. My inspiration was a fabric remnant, a book on the lore of ships, and a fictional book character named Genny who was a ship builder with her father in the 19th century. (Catherine Coulter, Night Storm) Going vintage ship, girly, Victorian is challenging!😂❤

I am a new subscriber. I have been looking for the way you decoupage napkins on paper, sheet music. I saw you making envelopes with a napkin that you decoupaged. So cute!!! I have been scrolling through your videos trying to find how you did it so evenly. I can’t wait to make your envelopes. I fell in love with them and especially the one made from the sheet music/napkin. Would you be able to either tell me what video to look for or create a video of you decoupaging. It looked so smooth. I’m loving your videos and I’m so thankful that your channel was linked to one that I was viewing. Thank you! PS I have ordered from your Etsy store. My printer is not working, but I am anxious to try your digitals. You are such a creative person. I can’t wait to view all your videos, which may take me a while. LOL. I hope things are going well for you.💜

I love these, and I am a hoarding of sheet music. I use it in every journal I make, I’m glad to see another idea to use the sheet music. I have such a hard time coming up with ephemera, I don’t have access to digitalis so I have to use my imagination using things such as music paper and book pages and scrapbook paper.
@shabbydabbydoodah6 ай бұрын
Yes sheet music is just gorgeous isn’t it? I didn’t have a good enough printer to use digitals for a long time either, so I completely get what you’re saying. I won’t lie, digitals definitely make it easier and open up a whole new world of possibilities, but I think the results using books, sheet music, scrapbook paper and the like are awesome too 🥰. I luv this/your video! I have a big thick book of music sheets! I'm really worried about your cat. I would find a really good vet. We had our cat Shelby. She one time was walking like she was dizzy. As quick as it came it went. We thought she was thirsty. Here she has diabetes. It was too far along. It broke our hearts. 3 years later I'm still crying having to put her down. She needed to be In a hospital on IV. Of course we didnt have the funds for that. So i would have her/him checked right away. In the US they dont start doing bloodwork till 7 years old. When we adopted our next cat, I have them do her bloodwork at about when we got her. Just in case. Now I know they start urinating in clothes too. That's a sign their sick even though go in their litter box. We were heartbroken. Years ago cats didnt get diabetes like now. I wish you all the best. Please let me know if shes ok? 💜
