All the action happening in TI is the reason why I always looked forward for TI. But when Valve decided to make a video special for Sheever, it's really touching because Valve is there to support their talent. Props to Valve for making this beautiful segment special for Sheev. I used to write about Dota for a Swedish esports site and back then I was much more up-to-date with whatever was going on within the community, or within the scene itself. I don't know any of these personalities personally, though. However, spending all that time covering every single game of every single tournament for about two years really made it feel as if they were people I knew, even though they had no idea who I was. Sheever always struck me as one of the most dedicated and hardworking talents in Dota 2. I remember fondly watching her grow from being a caster to being an in my opinion truly great host and someone who would add to any panel that she was on. This segment was very touching and I'm glad that you (yes, I'm addressing you directly, Sheever) was okay with sharing this. It really meant a lot, and I'm so glad that you're doing so much better today. You're amazing, and it's nice that some people probably get a much-needed reminder of how amazing this community really is.

What the fuck... i've been away from the scene for quite a while... so i didn't know what was the deal with her... she had changed so much ... i even thought for a moment that maybe she had a kid or got married... sad to hear it is an entirely different story...and man, this sucks so hard... i wish i could say or do something else besides the "stay strong Sheever", man... this really got me... but hopefully she will indeed Stay Strong, there is still a long road to go, but i'm confident that we will watch Sheever hosting TI15 and on and on.
